The Sir Paul Story: I was working in the repair shop at Crossroads Music downstairs.The owner Micheal Clark came down and asked me to give him a hand Paul had come in and was looking at the 2 lefties we had and there were about 8 people in the store.I went up to him and introduced myself we shook hands and both sat down on the bench and each grabbed a lefty.He asked me which one I liked.I told him the tone was pretty much much the same and we traded guitars back and forth.I said the acoustic was a little buzzy he said he didn't mind the buzz. He decided to buy the electric acoustic and he got a little pocket amp We went to the counter to get him checked out .One of the teachers Paul Chapin was standing there and bowed and Paul turned and said is that a curtsy and we all laughed .As he was checking out some dude tapped him on the shoulder and askes for an autograph which he gave.About 20% of the people in the store didn't know who he was until he left.The some guy who used to Work with Amy Winehouse came in ( I forget his name said I heard there was a Paul sighting and he was working with him on an album and that's it! That's my story and I sticking to it!
Susanne Vega comes in for a setup tells me to check the. battery I take off the strings reach inside no battery no pickup just a volume and tone control.call her to tell her she said that would explain a lot of things.What a week!!! :)
